delicious breakfast

staff, lovely breakfast, location perfect for my dogs as just on a small beach

the breakfast service was slow and served randomly.

i was a bit less pleased that i had to pay extra for the kids hot chocolate

there was a function on the same evening,we could not get any food and was told to go to the back bar if we

pool, spa and gym facilities were brilliant, with the outdoor heated pool a

pool was gorgeous with this non slip coating around the outside, which was great for kids (and me

i d give 11/10 just for the christmas tree in the room and the fireplaces in the lobby

they could stock the mini bar in the room.

wifi ... trouble connecting... parking - spaces left were few and spaces were too tight..

so i trekked with my family through a laundry and a boiler-room (i think) and it all got a bit spinal tap

food was gorgeous, room service, bath, bed, staff, all wonderful

i asked for an early check in if possible, no guarantees but they would do their best to have the rooms

bonus was the laundry service dropped if before 9 toured all day and laundry is delivered back to the room
