residential area as mentioned in other reviews but still has the feel of a country farm, lots of parking space

value for the room, good parking and quiet location, nice bar and restaurant

i am not a huse breakfast person but there was a huge choice so therre was something for everyone

a very friendly hotel rooms clean and spacious restaurant and bar had a lovely feel good factor and made for a

loved the pool after a day out

breakfast was superb and all staff attentive and friendly

fantastic knowledge about allergies. plenty of easy parking. very clean. beautiful food.

they gave us a free upgrade to a spa bedroom

the pool was lovely, says it was a heated pool and it isn't but it was a very sunny day so made it

to clean the beds ourselves and our complaint was brushed off the next day as a bad job by the laundry company

parking was great and it was a good location

the gym and restaurant

comment as the wifi issue negated everything and soured my view on everything

parking is a bit tight outside- but we managed to find somewhere pretty easily

the wifi in the room was very poor, but told good downstairs, though didn't try it.

with another noise and things vibrating on the bathroom shelf which was apparently caused by the laundry machines

service in the brazz bar where a little slow, even though there was no-one else there it was difficult to get

asked if this was mandatory and was told that it was to cover any room service requests and

location reception staff room service

early hours with the cages of laundry for the cleaners so my sleep was interrupted

in the shower was disappointing but all i could fault with the room plus rather noisy with the laundry cupboards

the laundry room is on the stairs so we could hear everything

wifi kept dropping, but we have this problem at home too...

there was no milk in my room so i had to go and get some from reception i asked if there was room service before

spacious room overlooked the area where laundry dries in the backyard

staff - very helpful and welcoming no laundry facilities but a drying room so all good for clean kit spent both

the living room is a nice place to gather and we had a drink at the bar with fellow travellers

our room, big comfy bed and plenty of space to move about even with kids camp bed

option to have breakie in the room and full room service available too

public spaces are comfortable , staff are friendly and helpful ,lovely little bar area with good choice of

there was a secure place for parking our bicycles overnight

some time a previous guest had left soiled laundry behind the curtain which we found just prior to check out

wifi was good with a strong signal. rooms were clean

wifi didn t work & majority of the tv channels didn t work either

the menu and breakfast isnt very vegan friendly. would be great to have a few more options .
