early hours with the cages of laundry for the cleaners so my sleep was interrupted

in the shower was disappointing but all i could fault with the room plus rather noisy with the laundry cupboards

the laundry room is on the stairs so we could hear everything

the wifi worked well despite being public and the bed was nice and comfy, cool and fresh on a hot

noisy due to a golf society gathering outside making difficult to sleep

with another noise and things vibrating on the bathroom shelf which was apparently caused by the laundry machines

stated 'pet friendly' there were absolutely no facilities for my little dog

the staff in the bow bar very very nice and only too pleased to suggest new drinks or just make the experience

the wifi service needs a bit of boost as it was difficult to connect in the farthest room on the top

also making customers aware of laundry poster - great idea and helping towards saving our planet

down mark was noise from service stairway/laundry lift right outside our door from 5am

i had to have a moan it would be the room service offering - turned up very quickly and the beer was cold but

position parking and being very pet friendly made this an excellent place to stay over to meet up with

i travelled with 3 children on my own and these little extras for the kids made my stay a little easier

which just made eating the delicious room service awkward to eat

room service is very quick, ours took only 13 minutes to arrive and the food was deliciously hot

the bar stayed open all night and the staff were good craic.
