the bar was well stocked and run by very friendly staff

it has a bar and food and pool table. staff are very nice. great location in newark.

would have been good to have bar snacks before 6pm, even if just cold snacks

shower was freezing cold , there was a party under our rooms which kept myself and kids awake

this is a stunning hotel, with a well equipped little fitness suite, good sized pool and stunning views

such a shame the jacuzzi has been taken away . maybe the pool a bit warmer

water pressure was bad so took 40 minutes to fill the corner bath in the suite, parking limited, spa was in

lovely and food was brilliant house is great and grounds are beautiful good facilities such as spa and swimming

the ev chargers weren't working, but there were others very close by, so it wasn't a problem

of breakfast items and drinks, which are constantly re-filled - my only negative (and it is a pet hate of mine

the location of the room right next to the laundry room wasn t ideal and was pretty noisey.

my room was next to a fire door which was quite noisy when people came to bed and the laundry room which maids

room 5 is very very hot. next to the boiler room and the laundry.

nice room on 11th floor, but next to laundry cupboard which was made a bit of a low noise, although this was

he came to my room, confirmed hearing the noise, but said there was no laundry on that floor and suggested it

just to drop the bags it is around 30 meters from the main door, if you are traveling alone with kids it can

the bed was super comfy and the room service was excellent and v.good value

refurbished rooms with comfortable bed, desk, good shower, wifi and comfortable heating despite the snow outside

saturday morning, when i asked what the noise was the next day, i was advised that it was their laundry servicers

robe provided and when we asked for another we were told that they had not yet come back from the laundry
