location, friendly staff and they are one of two pet friendly hotels in lincoln

on leaving the next day i informed reception they said it was not their fault laundry is completed by a contractor

so much didn't like but you'll stay in for example 5th floor, the restaurant might be 3rd floor, gym another

the tv is smart tv but couldn t connect it to the wifi at the hotel

the indoor pool by reception has long gone and our room was very modern and clean

hotel is lovely, beautifully decorated in the rooms and in the bar areas

beaten really, it is right at the top of steep hill next to the castle, the cathedral and lots of bars, cafes,

had booked a small double room which was totally adequate apart from the windows overlooked the kitchen

sleeper due to noise from the street, people leaving the bar downstairs and staff accessing the laundry room

my room was next to a fire door which was quite noisy when people came to bed and the laundry room which maids

no 5 right next to laundry room so gathering for staff at 8

room 5 is very very hot. next to the boiler room and the laundry.

the location of the room right next to the laundry room wasn t ideal and was pretty noisey.
