lady who we ordered room service from was very short with us every time we spoke to her

room was located near the staff quarters or laundry and on the ground floors so not much privacy

initially room 16 had to move as the kitchen extractor noisy

our view was of laundry area and really bad area

constantly something was moving around like rubbish or dirty laundry or cleaning laundry and you feeling like

toilets in the bar area. not up to standard. however there had just been a kids birthday party..
