old laundry bags left by the exit

evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant were both excellent with great choices.

to clean the beds ourselves and our complaint was brushed off the next day as a bad job by the laundry company

a toaster in the kitchen of the cottage we stayed in.

staff throughout the hotel, beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, a stunning olde worlde bar and restaurant

eg; no cafetiere, not particularly well equipped kitchen, some questionable artwork

of laundry were left in the corridor which spoilt the ambience

also our spa experience was refreshing and invigorating

is a little small , if you want a pool and a jacuzzi it isn t that sort of spa hotel

as it was my other half's birthday they added some lovely touches to the room such as a heart of petals on the

room service menu was very limited

only recommendations would be to have a barista and a professional coffee machine, and the gym could be bigger

we tried to have a little swim but their kids were running and jumping in from all sides

i am not a huse breakfast person but there was a huge choice so therre was something for everyone
