parking was always full so had to park on the road.

very pretty, a none smoking covered area and a seated smoking area, on the upper garden space is parking and

of hotels whilst on business for 27years 3or 4 nights a week, i object having to serve my own breakfast, lanes

hotel is lovely, staff are great, food was fantastic and the bar prices aren t over the top.

the gym was poor and the whirlpool didn't work.

to clean the beds ourselves and our complaint was brushed off the next day as a bad job by the laundry company

it s a standard set up i must say the parking was easy, rooms clean, good table for laptop, bathroom clean

luckily staff laundry room was unlocked so sorted ourselves out

(appreciate room service isn't the norm in a very small hotels but served dinner in my room as needed to work

if i return to this area, i will most definitely be booking a return stay here free parking and wifi

i was made to feel extremely welcome, by all the staff (from the receptionist to bar staff, breakfast chef &

we particularly enjoyed playing pool in the evenings and when we came back to the hotel from various trips out

the location was perfect for spending time in the beautiful town of sherborne and the free parking was a bonus

the spa was also full on day of arrival and the next day

only gripe would be the limited parking when the pub is busy, but it just means parking a short walk down the

superb food in both bar & resturant or a comfy and cosy little nook

cutting long story short - the hotel refused to return my money stating that room serviced was offered to us

parking is a bit tight. that's is the only only thing i can think of to grumble at

bar is a bit limited in terms of drinks available

there was cleaning things provided including laundry powder which would be good if you were staying longer

since we got in late, it was nice having a well stocked kitchen

the shop was well stocked and the pool was such a treat

few cobwebs and pet hairs here and there, but otherwise a very clean and lovely smelling wooden cabin

down mark was noise from service stairway/laundry lift right outside our door from 5am

friendly staff, clean room, gym and pool were amazing extras!

there is a laundry which is useful for top up washes part way through your stay

beds very comfortable and good laundry type facilities, ie iron ironing board etc

we were able to do our laundry too which was a bonus

free upgrade to a lodge, which was really appreciated, as the bar and restaurant were closed.
