we took our 2 kids 4 and 9 and a dog we loved it

parking and near where i needed to be so location was good

good pub and prices easy parking stay every year on my way to cornwall

the breakfast was lovely as well as the pub meal the night prior

luckily staff laundry room was unlocked so sorted ourselves out

no wifi

good parking, great food, wonderful clean modern, and well appointed rooms with very nice bathrooms

i was made to feel extremely welcome, by all the staff (from the receptionist to bar staff, breakfast chef &

(appreciate room service isn't the norm in a very small hotels but served dinner in my room as needed to work

easy to find centre of village free parking

they let us have a late check out without any problems

car parking difficult

breakfast was enjoyable and the bar was very good too

car park is limited and no other parking near by.

to clean the beds ourselves and our complaint was brushed off the next day as a bad job by the laundry company

very clean, quiet and the kitchenette was very useful

staff throughout the hotel, beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, a stunning olde worlde bar and restaurant

the gym was adequate it could be bigger with more equipment

by the lady on reception ( jenny i think ) , amazing room with plenty of space , we ordered room service and

very friendly staff, a great breakfast and very convenient parking

the bar area is very comfortable

wifi was a bit poor in my room

breakfast was very nice, staff extremely friendly and helpful, plenty of parking. a+

it was very convenient to use with our 2 kids

evening meal was very good and the breakfast was excellent

evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant were both excellent with great choices.

didn't try the wifi so can't comment on that

and garden breakfast and dinner excellent we brought our dog so were is a room suitable for a pet on the ground

2nd floor room, but made up for it with the room, parking is a little tight when busy

i think there is a charge for the wifi.

cutting long story short - the hotel refused to return my money stating that room serviced was offered to us

location, parking, lovely staff, great, clean, quiet room

was fab apart from the room service breakie but only because they had no croissants and forgot our coffee

the room was a good size with comfortable beds, easy parking.

there was a large free car park with ev charging available

ordered a room service dinner of whitebait and some wine

in unit but no laundry detergent to do laundry

there was cleaning things provided including laundry powder which would be good if you were staying longer

pippin cottage was right next to the swimming pool which was very clean and well maintained

we enjoyed the spa facility and steam room, cafe, staff and our cute cottage

because of that, both our kids cried as they weren't able to swim

wifi was super fast

excellent hotel great service from the staff and lovely bar they own next to it

very friendly staff. spa bath with colour-changing lights was fabulous!

no mention of gym in booking otherwise i would have taken suitable clothes

facilities in room, just what we needed for 2 adults, 3 kids and a dog

the spa was not open for chemical reason which was a shame.

down mark was noise from service stairway/laundry lift right outside our door from 5am

they took a lot of care with my laundry

be useful such as how to work the microwave and tv controls, more about the cost and use of the laundry facilities

the room meets expectations for the price and is clean, the wifi works and the heating is more than sufficient

our bags off, they also held our bags on the last day after check out and didn't charge us for a late check out

with another noise and things vibrating on the bathroom shelf which was apparently caused by the laundry machines

the wifi service needs a bit of boost as it was difficult to connect in the farthest room on the top

service in the brazz bar where a little slow, even though there was no-one else there it was difficult to get

they did not have a separate bar to sit and have a drink.

wifi was excellent

the laundry room is on the stairs so we could hear everything

early hours with the cages of laundry for the cleaners so my sleep was interrupted

in the shower was disappointing but all i could fault with the room plus rather noisy with the laundry cupboards

room comfy. shower with hot water. choice of breakfast excellent. lovely little bar for evening.

the bar and restaurant area are lovely with wifi free throughout

was great - spacious, clean breakfast room with a bar area for cereal, juice etc

friendly staff, convenient access to the parking, good breakfast, comfortable stay.

the young man that looked after us and served behind the bar was very pleasant and efficient

family run property, easy, private parking , excellent food
