laundry on site

there is no laundry facility, which would have been nice

to other hotels in the area , spacious , very clean suites , comfy beds , loved the self service laundry and

i was even able to do some laundry and take a dip in the pool

a lady in the laundry room mentioned that she had the same problem in the same room in july

so they kindly apologize and had the woman in the laundry bring me a fresh towels

laundry women was so helpful when she didn’t need to be and i feel terrible not knowing her name

breakfast is hot and great, they seem to switch it up everyday which is nice

hotel with my two children and their friend for a birthday sleepover, they had so much fun in the pool and

25/30 people in the pool and the hotel had no towels (they don t have overnight staff to wash laundry apparently

suite was clean and spacious. kids loved the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub

very clean and well kept.. had a good stay and the kids had funn!!

situation again , it really was so bad we literally couldn't breathe and the fact that a bunch of kids wanted

i love everything about this hotel, it has everything you needed the pool, jacuzzi and the gym

have two young kids so it has to be the pool

the hotel is clean and has indoor/outdoor pool, gym and water activities with kayak rentals

it is right next to the aquarium, has a small indoor heated pool, the double queen room was huge with separate

vacations mostly for kids visiting aquarium and family/friend events

there's also indoor pool and small gym (more like a room with bicycles/treadmills, no pull up bars, and i'm
