our room was next to bags and bags of laundry which were stacked on the floor in the corridor

what to expect given the rundown decor and poor cleanliness which culminated with a pile of dirty laundry bags

of the reasons we chose the hotel was because it had and ev charger but it was not working when we were there

spa staff at reception were indifferent and unwelcoming.

we had an great morning in the spa and the lunch was delicious

on arrival we found a bag full of dirty laundry in our room and on reporting this to reception received no

fabulous grounds, good food, comfy room and public areas, easy parking, exceptional vfm.

it was a shame that there wasn't a small fridge in the room for our milk (for the kids)

calibrated, as it was missing a lot of children's channels such as tiny pop which helps keep the kids happy

the staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and helpful

the room was at the back of the hotel overlooking what looked like a laundry or rubbish crate!!

and the view from the window was three laundry containers so the bedding didn't appear to be being stored in

was very close to where i was working and it had room service which was a lifesaver as there wasn t much close

us with an extra charge of 20 for the 2 kids, even though we booked a family room

children wanted kids food but staff wasn't clear on whether or not we could order food and bring to the party

couldn't get the wifi to work.

fact i was in bed next to a function room and had kids running past my window and putting their arms in my room

noise early in the morning even bank holiday monday with the bin wagon and laundry

beds ,warm rooms and great bathrooms ( we stayed in the courtyard accommodation) ample parking close to rooms

just disappointed the jacuzzi was not working and the swimming pool had a smell to it.

view from the window, i was expecting the bath to be a jacuzzi with it being a spa room but it wasn't and it

we were staying with our two young kids and asked for anything extra extra blanket and were told there is no

only thing i would suggest is a room service menu in the room- but that's only a minor quibble
