parking was difficult at times and no food was served on the two nights we stayed but it appeared

claire, karen, tracie, mitchell, handyman, housekeepers, kitchen team and all other staff

was incredibly slow at all meal times, over an hour wait for breakfast and over an hour for room service which

once in our room it was ok, the view was of the laundry drop off and where staff go for a smoke

we arrived there were bags of rubbish and dirty laundry in the hallways

they put us in a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a back alley where dirty laundry is placed with

constant banging with laundry underneath

i paid 10 extra for early access to room only to find bags of dirty laundry stacked outside bedroom door so

the staff in the laundry room kept approaching me as i walked past asking if i was lost

rooms were adequate building was nice we were able to use the laundry shower was good

a little far out of town but otherwise all ok. maybe improve the wifi ?

games room is great and the bar is inexpensive

suitable for pet owners and a fenced off childrens park too, a games room for the kids and a bar on site, swimming

the pavements are covered in bird droppings, seagulls wander round the town looking for kids or frail people

the lady who met you at the desk was so lovely and the staff at breakfast couldn't do enough for you

laundry in hallway as my room was near house keeping but it is a listed building and large and

hotel, great base to travel from, a definite step up from the norm, will book again, nice bar , well stocked,

nice garden which was enjoyed by the kids
