rooms were adequate building was nice we were able to use the laundry shower was good

the staff in the laundry room kept approaching me as i walked past asking if i was lost

the breakfast is excellent and we had the small plates in the bar which i highly recommend

the pavements are covered in bird droppings, seagulls wander round the town looking for kids or frail people

parking is a bit of a pain but as it s on street it s out of the hotels control

drinks in the bar were very reasonable for a hotel

would not stay in room 123 again as it backs onto the laundry room at the back which was very noisy when they

i paid 10 extra for early access to room only to find bags of dirty laundry stacked outside bedroom door so

we arrived there were bags of rubbish and dirty laundry in the hallways

they put us in a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a back alley where dirty laundry is placed with

constant banging with laundry underneath

the breakfast was exceptional and kept us going most of the day and the bar snacks early evenings were very good

pet friendly. staff friendly and helpful

wifi not in rooms but didn't spoil our stay at all.

room, bathroom, wanted to swim but lots of screaming kids, went in jacuzzi but some drunk lads came in causing

spa facilities, large room, flat screen telly, free wifi, beautiful view, atmospheric lighting

staff were very polite and helpful, the room was clean, the food was amazing, and the spa, pool, gymnasium and

there was also a constant horrible smell in the corridor outside our room from the laundry room

bathroom was very small and wifi was temperamental

although this is a pet friendly hotel, we have taken our own dog before, i do not think it s appropriate for

we love the view from our bedroom, breakfast and staff are great .

laundry in hallway as my room was near house keeping but it is a listed building and large and

lovely to have a drink from the bar in the gorgeous gardens
