i'm not sure if the laundry company needs a word of advice but the sheets, while they were clean, looked used

got the excuse laundry wasn't done yet

used the laundry facilities which was clean but you had to use the dryer twice as my clothes were still wet

room service missed a few things

desk clerk would not even acknowledge it no house cleaning room service but on check out day they were knocking

parking was tough

the pool wasn't open.
