the parking area is not wide enough

parking was convenient and covered, but a little difficult navigating all the poles in the parking

and i can t even tell you if there is a laundry room because we never got to see it

in a casino-resort, i had to walk a lot to get to and from my room

the fact that the resort fee is charged per night, but in order to use the pool, you had to make reservations

customer service never delivered it and i try to order room service and wasn t wasn t able to get it nor

paying for a pool seats while already paying 800$+ dollars for one night !
