the kitchenette was very outdated but worked fine for what we needed

i went into another room while there and the old kitchen set up was horrendous

laundry facilities was small with only 2 washers and 2 dryers

room was clean. 24 hours lobby. 24 hours paid laundry. free morning tea / coffee

was cold and expensive was not happy with it at all: pool was very cold we couldn t use laundry was broke wait

front rooms are noisy. work was being done so the gym and laundry were unavailable.

the gym had a stepper and a bike which were old but adequate and nobody was there so it was perfect to

all staff was very pleasant and the early check in was a huge plus

was disappointed in the pet fee as the rooms were quite expensive and throwing in breakfast would have probably

i'm not sure if the laundry company needs a word of advice but the sheets, while they were clean, looked used

used the laundry facilities which was clean but you had to use the dryer twice as my clothes were still wet

got the excuse laundry wasn't done yet

also asked for room service to clean my room later in the day but they were not available until the next day

we didn't get room service, so we had to ask the front desk for

the day of check-out (around 6am), i want to the laundry room to wash my clothes

breakfast could have had more kosher foods, like yogurt, granola bars, all with acceptable
