the beds, clean shower & awesome breakfast spread!

comfy bed and pillows. nice size room. nice size bathroom. and they serve a hot breakfast.

second - returned to room after day's work (two night stay) - no room service had been performed

the woman who wasn't staying there was yelling at 3 kids in lobby as they were running around and yelling

did not just come up the shower rod was broke went to check out the housekeeping lady was doing laundry and

staff not friendly or helpful. unexpected $100 cash deposit to have pet

is no on site laundry, but there is a flying j across the street which is a close enough walk to do laundry

the cost of the room, i would have liked to seen a little more variety in the breakfast food

he never offered me the in house laundry services that they offer either, he inconvenienced me in every way

garbage can be emptyed more often and laundry collected daily

only gripe i have is that it was a bit noisy and parking was sparse, but a high school sports team was in town

like to see some type of discount program worked out between the hotel and atc gym across the way

there are no signs that the laundry room are on the fourth floor as well

such as a microwave in the rooms, clocks , places to hang wet towels, cleaner bags for laundry

the hotel is just very old, dusty and full of pet hair in the carpet
