the wifi did not work

we asked for something off the main menu and something from the room service menu, to be served to the table

the rooms were comfortable & clean, the staff were polite & friendly & there was ample parking.

stayed there 3 times in last 3 months great place great staff great breakfast

there was no book in the room with the wifi code and menus, though this could be because of covid and keeping

wifi and mobile signal a bit variable.

being attached to the hotel meant there were lots of extras breakfast, free bike hire, free paddle board

parking is good although the spaces for the huts were a bit tight

here a few times before so i know the hotel and use it because of its excellent location, good bar and small

hanging off of the wall, my room overlooked the courtyard where the hotel had crates of dirty laundry ready to

work one part of the room and very dirty bathroom and cot was meant to be provided and wasn't and room service

love the soft play area for my son breakfast lovely

the 'cloud wifi' was all but useless

at the lodge their wasn't any priority seating at pub and not free of charge at play area for kids

laundry facility and lack of staff to deliver meals to room

generator in laundry running all night caused us to have very poor nights sleep

for two days a note slipped under the door to say short staffed told to go and get any clean laundry and toiletries

breakfast choice was excellent room big and modern location was so close to main road bed really

area could have been a bit bigger or separate from bar

cannot fault anything,though perhaps bar prices could be reviewed

however i am sure that hotel deliveries (food, laundry) must be able to get closer that would have enabled me

i discovered a laundry room, a swimming pool and a well stocked bar

lots of amenities - the library and laundry room were brilliant bonuses and i liked looking at all the navy

also, the laundry room was convenient

one lift, in use by cleaners so you have to wait a long time and hope it s not full of laundry sacks so you
