the laundry service was quick and cheap

also can't beat november sitting out in the hot tub looking at newry and the plunge pool

excellent spa & gym facilities bedrooms where spotless & comfy beds food was excellent

just had trouble logging onto the guest wifi but it wasn t a big issue

was lots of kids at the pool which is fine but should not be in the jacuzzi

early and just as well as we got no sleep when we did we where put in room 105 right opposite the laundry room

time we had a room next to the laundry room, which was a bit loud from the early morning hours

room service breakfast quite good but phone in room not working so had to go to reception to

hotel, staff brilliant and really helpful, food excellent - had evening meal and breakfast

50 for room service

found the jetted pool in the leisure area to be unusually cold but we did mention to spa reception at the time

breakfast the next morning was lovely, enjoyed the buffet style and nothing was overfilled so all

smallest pool i have even been in. service in bar poor.

spa is quiet and clean

we ended up ordering room service and were charged 7 for a cheese board which constisted of a few grapes, 2

and we also really appreciated the laundry access

good location nice views bar was great

some real plus like the hot tub, the play area for the kids and the animals

fantastic cabins plus honesty bar and hot tub was unreal beautiful surroundings

not great for kids / older family members rooms were basic for the price

breakfast was first class they had a great variety to chose from .

was not the right hotel for us and my kids

bar of soap in the bathroom and only one tube of shampoo/ wash/ conditioner not enough for two

no wifi in the room

wifi didn t work in the bedroom at all which was pretty annoying

spacious room with extra large bed. ate dinner at restaurant. loads of parking space

music in the bar was good

phone in room for room service. dated, but clean enough. bathroom smelt terrible lacking in tlc

rather slow laundry service.

open curtains to let the light really flood in as the curtains were so opaque and the school kids were walking

up to the waitress to ask were we forgotten and she looked at me blankly, went to check in the kitchen to discover

the food both in restaurants and room service was excellent

suite, 1 tv didn't work properly, fridge was broke, both times we used room service they forgot to bring drinks
