first room they put me in had no wifi at all, the next room that they moved me to had bad beds and smelled like

we asked for an early check in and on arrival our room was ready so we could change for wedding

and helpful, the rooms are 100% comfortable and clean and the food is beautiful and plenty of parking and a ina

kids had great nite sleep fan a great idea because the room was very warm spec with the good

family room was very very small for 3 kids n 2 adults

price of the cottages was quite expensive, i thought this effort of bed stripping and placing in laundry bags

wifi was a bit weak but that was something we found in a lot of lodging in the country

the kitchen was stocked with fresh eggs, milk, butter and jams, assorted teas and coffee

the fully equipped kitchen, the beautiful crystal table with lovely chairs, the comfortable and stylish couch

breakfast was lovely and good staff with excellent customer service

liked the location, the breakfast, the staff were accomodating and the bar was cozy

coffee machine bottled water plenty toiletries good quality linen staff very friendly & informed parking easy

there was also no airer to dry laundry, just the small radiators

laundry service is very expensive, i would suggest adding a laundry room for hotel guests food in

the wifi was really bad

the reception team, spa team, room service and bar/restaurant staff are just amazing

the pool and spa area are very clean and well maintained and again staff are lovely

steam wasn t warm enough, had to call room service 3 times to get dental kit

were constantly full of cleaning trollies, room supplies and various piles of clean and dirty laundry to be

needed laundry done during my stay but couldn't get it to happen

t informed that we had to ask for clean laundry as the hotels covid 19 policy of not cleaning the rooms daily

the wifi didn't reach my room

people, food was excellent, spa was well worth 10 with a bottle of champagne included and we had the place

wifi was very intermittent, constantly dropping then reconnecting

no swimming pool, no music,

everything was perfect. check in, room, breakfasts, dinner. enjoyed the spa suite a lot too.
