t informed that we had to ask for clean laundry as the hotels covid 19 policy of not cleaning the rooms daily

wifi was difficult to connect to but maybe that a good thing

staff were so friendly and very accommodating. breakfast next morning was very nice.

staff all round the the hotel from reception to restaurants , housekeepers , bar staff etc

also we paid to go here to use the spa and it was all closed off but they never informed us of this before we

my colleague deemed it the best breakfast he has ever had

although my 2 year old would definitely say the pool was the best part

laundry van outside our room at 6am no res bar no slot for the pool but the email never suggested a

gym was very well equipped with plenty of everything

use off the 25 metre pool and gym included.

hotel was beautiful with many high end feature, but the layout including the spa, gym, felt disjointed

also there was a laundry room with washer and dryer (although the dryer door would not latch or put out any

in the restaurant was a bit disorganised, but they were very kind and patient with our kids

staircase, auditorium is fantastic for kids but also for sports fans

no room service or any tea or coffee making facilities (due to

wifi reception in area at the back of the property where our room was but ok in the rest of the

handy location in the heart of wicklow town. a lot of parking as well, which was free.
