were not helpful at check in & made me wait right up to 3pm for checking in with 2 small kids

hotel needs up grading .lots of kids hanging around the hall leading to the bedrooms

staff were very helpful and allowed for early check in to accommodate us

the downstairs was outdated and parking facilities poor.

parking has deteriorated due to a new layout with the new location poorly signed and

our second time staying at the hotel when take kids to emerald park

location in the town and staff were very accommodating to us when we needed an early check in

major issue i had was a combination of the hotel being a dead spot for my phone data, while the wifi was also

parking spaces tended to be tight even for a smallish car.

was very comfy and breakfast was excellent and set us up for the rest of the day which was spent golfing at

staff from the front desk to the bar staff were extremely attentive and courteous, very clean food is excellent

the hotel didn t do room service after 9pm and all they had to offer was nuts at the bar

very welcoming night porter aaron when we returned that night and breakfast was incredible plenty of everything

to get parking outside room in courtyard, had a few mishaps at breakfast (unclean cutlery two mornings &

by the breakfasts if i have to be honest

wifi non existent, added to poor mobile signal makes for a disaster

however i would recommend this anyway if you have kids

laundry and look at my photo of where they store the clean eating utilities

was very comfy but kids was on sofa and it was broke had to take mattresses of it and let them sleep on floor

residents bar breakfast was poor staff are just kids with no training

room service for meals is appalling as dinner served with burn chips and greasy, they forgot to put

perfect free wifi, nice personnel, clean

i`d give 10 out of 10 if they would turn down or turn off the dreadful piped music in the bar and restaurant

they are absolutely ok with your kids sleeping in their lobby chairs from 11:30am and abide by their strict �

to visit and there are different things to do in and around trim castle, walk along river, kids park, bar & pubs

1st i requested a early check in due to a wedding even a half hour early and when we got there it was full of

price of the cottages was quite expensive, i thought this effort of bed stripping and placing in laundry bags

instant hot water heater located in the kitchen was quite loud when hot water was running

large apartment with combo washer/dryer and kitchen facilities

they left fresh eggs, bread, butter and jams left in the kitchen was an extra sweet touch and charlie, my corgie

there is an open space which includes living space, eating area, and kitchen

bar food was amazing

check-in was very efficient and breakfast was delicious

lots of safe car parking, this is our fourth time to stay and we will be back

2nd night stay there was a wedding on and kids running about up and down corridors throughout the evening/late

room the door was like listening through cardboard, laundry room across from our bedroom door and could hear

they have an express laundry service - totally worth it for someone who doesn't want to spend hours in a

kids very annoying! nothing for them to do so we're just running up and down the halls

leisure facilities were fabulous especially the infinity heated pool

i don't think the wifi covered the spa and pool area in the past, while it works great now

or my partner would not eat much on the menus for cedar or maxwell and only 2/3 things off the bar food

faults with the hotel stay , although i do have one dislike and that being the charge to have breakfast in the

spa area breakfast grounds

staff were all exceptional, but special mention to anne in the golf

going on when we got into the pool and the female swimming instructor was shouting loudly at the kids which

plenty of parking and excellent grounds to stroll around
