impression when entering the parking lot was not good

there was a laundry, but the machine did not work

there was a beautiful indoor pool but the water was too cold to swim in

the $75 pet fee was a little steep!

pool was good for morning wake up

quoted a $30 pet fee on phone. charged $75 pet fee when checking in. pool closed due to remodel.

having a laundry facility on the same floor was really nice too

people out in the parking lot drinking and then getting into their vechiles with their kids!!!!!

hotel was under construction the pool was closed we asked about swimming n they pointed across parking lot n

friendly attentive staff from the front desk, to kitchen to housekeeping

in wasn't on time, laundry room wasn't stocked, dryer didn't work, toilet seat didn't stay in the toilet,

flies in the room were a result of food trash not being removed in the second floor laundry

had to dry off with our tshirts and bring home a bunch of wet laundry

the pool and hot tub were lovely

the staff was great. the room was clean. the pool was opened.

tailgating in parking lot (outside our window), pool area occupied with a bunch of little kids in the hot tub

so i will definitely come back and, as in the past, i felt safe for me and my car as the parking lot is amazingly
