breakfast was awesome a lot of choices and service was always very nice

the three swimming pools were fabulous and the rooftop bar was a particularly appealing place to relax in the

amazing location; facilities: breakfast buffet awesome; wonderful staff; great pool and loungers

we were without wifi for one whole night almost certainly because all staff were not trained in wifi issues

nothing to dislike. the wifi speed could be a bit better, but that was no issue for me.

everything and adults only option is a blessing.

is very small, and always english breakfast is very poor, i realize that in this context of a gym it is difficult

a microwave and a kettle would be useful but it s not something you can t do without as the kitchen was

laundry was cheap enough and delivered promptly back to us the following morning

the staff in the reception bar restaurant and entertainment were outstanding nothing too much trouble and room

the hotel is out of town but has free parking for your rental car and a bus stop into funchal nearby

they let me chill by the pool before my room was ready since i arrived earlier, they suggested places to see

pool tiles to be renewed and a kettle for coffee inter rom would be comfortable to have

pool and sauna not working at first, then pool became available

we liked everything although the gym was pretty warm. it didn t stop us using it however!

the spa was a lovely place to relax after a day walking in the mountains

the breakfast was excellent. the pool and pool area are magnificent. very child friendly

travelled with two teenage kids and we were very happy

pool wasn't heated, so was a little cold at this time of year
