the room service left our room unlocked twice, but after talking to the hotel staff it didn't happen

all the soft drinks are not even coke or pepsi, so every drink we had was just awful, spa ran out of beach

the noise so loud no one could sleep, the value for a 5 star , the indoor pool was a tank the gym was for 2

have a laundry service but they don't have an iron as in some hotels there's an iron in case someone

was so nice ,everyone of stuff in bar and breakfast people are so kind and wonderful just i didn't need clean

wifi only in the lobby

she was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to assist us in finding laundry facilities, parking, and

smell of laundry detergent on bed sheet. pillows didn't smell which saved my sleep.
