the main problem was the noise, we think our room must have been near the laundry room or boiler room as heard

my room was next to a fire door which was quite noisy when people came to bed and the laundry room which maids

a dog room which there was an additional charge for what we got there i accept that we ve got a pet but we

couldn't get wifi in room. unable to call usa except in lobby.

the rooms were spotless and the breakfast was brilliant

on leaving the next day i informed reception they said it was not their fault laundry is completed by a contractor

an actual laundry service as opposed to dry cleaning. ac in room was not working.

oh and the room service was handy my first night when little one was unsettled in the bar
