we booked this luxury hotel as a 4 day break to recharge our batteries and make use of their laundry services

no fridge. had to book gym.

one thing- there was only one person serving in the restaurant and bar that evening and it was busy

coffee machine in the room was faulty but they replaced it the next day, the room service menu is a bit limited

the staff: the reception, housekeeping, and room service were five stars

dirty laundry was transferred through reception/breakfast room during breakfast time will never recommend

no wifi in the room

wifi only in common areas and no lift

wifi dropped in and out, often not working for many hours and when it did work it was often slow

the wifi in the little salon was not the safe kind.

this is a pet-friendly hotel and our dog enjoyed his stay as well

at 11 pm the bar closes

the kitchen area in our apartment was ok, we suggest removing the sliding door and track just to make

problems with wifi, it went down and staff didnt really know how to get it back up

really nice hotel to stay, they have gym, sauna, apero and snacks. totally recommend !
