very nice hotel with a busy bar full of locals on the town square with cafes and chairs.

in the centre of town but fronting to a quiet almost pedestrian only area although with some parking

great location, plenty of food places nearby and free hotel parking (saint-palais)

quiet location with parking opposite.

the pool and surrounding space

parking was very easy

footfall of customers at that time, the staffing was a bit stretched at times especially in the bar and food

excellent breakfast and evening meal. great swimming pool.

pool could be open until later than 8pm. room was a bit small.

meals and laundry

wifi, laundry, plugs and lights at every bed. but most of all the welcome atmosphere.

friendly n helpful organised a late booking taxi for me,sorted my laundry had time to be nice and talk at dinner

superb breakfast quality food

the breakfast is wonderful

and the gentleman who was in charge of us was a lovely and professional person (you wait at the parking and a

night good room service at the room next day no arrangement

with such exceptional staff - and i haven t begun to mention the exquisite food or gorgeous pool

i can t think of anything except that i needed to put the wifi code in numerous times a day.

had a double room and there was no kettle nor mini-bar/mini-fridge in the room; however, the staff kindly provided

hotel located on a lovely quiet square, which has ample free parking. the staff were so helpful.

from traffic and terrible wifi, which never worked on my phone even though the receptionist helpfully tried to

parking was a bit tricky as there was an evening market on, but i imagine that this is not usual

the wifi was spotty at times, but other than that everything was top notch.

we booked this luxury hotel as a 4 day break to recharge our batteries and make use of their laundry services

no fridge. had to book gym.

one thing- there was only one person serving in the restaurant and bar that evening and it was busy

coffee machine in the room was faulty but they replaced it the next day, the room service menu is a bit limited

the staff: the reception, housekeeping, and room service were five stars

the courtyard bar - and a delightful and talented young group of musicians unlearn old magnolia tree made for

the wine at the bar was very reasonably priced and not the usual huge hotel markup

very small but the noise from the bar around the corner went on all night

dirty laundry was transferred through reception/breakfast room during breakfast time will never recommend

also the wifi connection was weak

the electric flush toilet - needed reflushing a few times to clear. wifi slow.

the wifi in the little salon was not the safe kind.

wifi only works in a specific area and not in most rooms

the breakfasts were excellent and the breakfast staff was very helpful

also the breakfast is overpriced - the space is nice but very crowded

the bar looked like it was getting renovated--progress looked cool
