they lost my laundry, told me literally it s not their problem and probably i was wrong

the bedrooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean

decent shower, good wifi, good breakfast

for clonmel and parking for a trailer

we had a delicious evening meal and enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast in the morning

wifi is not very good

house and gardens, ideally situated, ample parking

excellent car parking and nice grounds - two outside areas to enjoy a drink if the weather is kind

my friend who stayed there told me that his kids really enjoyed the pool

our breakfast was in the cellar, the breakfast was served cold, we asked three times for hot tea, which

palace hotel is a stunning property the building, rooms, spa, and restaurant were all beautiful, and the

breakfast amazing, spa facilities fabulous too like an art gallery inside

breakfast in the queen anne room was disappointing

on site bar does delicious food and the pub had a great atmosphere and has a great session on monday

the staff went above and beyond for our stay. super friendly and super welcoming to kids

everything about our stay here, from the wonderful friendly staff to the food, the bar the comfort of the room

food was horrible. dinner and breakfast. kids play area also closed. pool a bit cold

kids club available that i wasnt expecting

hotel advertised laundry service (for a charge) but when we asked we were directed to a laundromat down the

no same day laundry, hot and cold water in separate faucet in bath room sink. no mini fridge.

after several weeks of traveling the laundry service provided by the hotel was awesome

our room was either under or next to laundry facilities which the machinery droned nearly into the evening

kids decided to stay last minute, reception staff upgraded our room with no problem

i arrived quite late (9pm) and they were involved in booking a taxi for me, arranging the room service to have

interested in laundry service but the front desk was unable to provide prices

our room service breakfast was a but cold by the time it was delivered.

did laundry when went to bed, water filling the washer screeched for 45 min and every time any water

stayed in the lodges which was great, we used the cooking and laundry facilities in the lodge

the island itself, facilities, nice place for a drink in the evening infront of the fireplace

our friend played golf and loved it

i find hotel beds to be too high making it difficult for me to properly get into them , lack of a laundry service

hotel room packs are slightly misleading- it states the hotel provides a laundry service, but when i asked the

breakfast and dinner were delicious. pool was great for the kids. room was spotless

ample parking space

had enquired about an early check in as we were attending a wedding nearby, they couldn t guarantee this but

easy access to the hotel - who did let us use their charger was also nice and the golf club does really solid

the demand that the kitchen be cleaned including the dishwasher emptied is quite difficult if one needs to

a cosy house with lovely living room and kitchen, fully ready for a big family and cooking

golf, tennis, leisure centre, restaurant & bar all within walking distance

backwards to facilitate early arrival, deal with any and all queries during our stay and late check out
