interested in laundry service but the front desk was unable to provide prices

laundry service is fast and reasonable

our room was either under or next to laundry facilities which the machinery droned nearly into the evening

2nd year going for winterval,and the fitzwilton is ideal for us as a group of 8 adults and 2 kids

in the bar the food was delicious and great value for money did not get the chance to use the spa but next time

meal portions in the library bar were too big

the breakfast made & served by patricia was perfect - home made everything & served in very special

unfortunately we did not have breakfast.

on the small side and breakfast and dinner served a bit later than the norm compared to other b&b's

we loved meeting the other guests at dinner and breakfast and really enjoyed our stay

a simple service like getting the laundry done turned into a disaster with housekeeping confused about collecting

my phone in my room didn t work so i couldn t order room service; there was nothing done or said about this

it was still pretty early and, without expecting much, i inquired at the front desk about the possibility of

best restaurant in kilkenny, we had a great dinner and great service, free open air parking on the property,

newly refurbishment, bar and grill with live music, variety of eating options, lots of extras for kids e

my husband rang reception to request a later check out to try get some sleep before driving back
