lack of a menu in the guinness bar for food/snacks during the day

breakfast amazing, spa facilities fabulous too like an art gallery inside

palace hotel is a stunning property the building, rooms, spa, and restaurant were all beautiful, and the

staff were exceptional, bed super comfy, spa and gym were fabulous, food amazing. 10/10 stay

on site bar does delicious food and the pub had a great atmosphere and has a great session on monday

at the foothills by a stunning river , the food was very fresh and staff very friendly the pool was a good size

we had our kids so they would have loved a pool but that s not the hotels fault !!

hotels amenities were easy to see and take advantage of - i was not sure if there was a bar or laundry service

had 3 incidnents (dirty room/bed linen, no laundry, and a water smelling chlorine)

emergency exits blocked by laundry trolleys, not good

there is no laundry service on weekends

the leisure facilities are good but the pool and gym are small

a huge deal but the wifi and casting for the tv did not work

breakfast not included and had to pay extra despite e200 p/ night charged completely self service

wifi in bedroom was poor. not strong enough for video calls

i did like breakfast was not included and the gym was a little awkward

using the gym showers in the basement was a way round it

we arrived we inquired regarding availability of laundry facilities and were told there was such adjacent to

close to laundry, pizza, groceries, etc , not to mention on sight restaurants

the gym area, but since nobody goes to the gym i guess it s be pretty useless to renovate it.

the noise off the kids banging was the only problem

dirty glasses, cutlery, and laundry lined the hallway outside our room on ground floor, looked like cleaners

room was very spacious and the food in the bar was great and the breakfast was fantastic.
