as very early golf players we had no opportunity for breakfast (tee time 7:30) and when coming back from the

staff all excellent. super meal in restaurant. lovely breakfast. very relaxed.

the kids club didn't have enough staff, one lady looking after about 13 kids, just not enough

like the spa, or the golf are advertised as part of the hotel but it's actually in a different locations

bungalow was right next to the maid's laundry house, therefore mornings were very noisy when they rolled out

the faro bar was excellent

so easy to get to and perfect for traveling with kids

i d like there to be a 24hr laundry service on site rather than 72

level included the thalasso, mini golf and gym access all by the beach, as well as the room mini bar and all

likewise at the al faro bar premium spirits were included in our package

the breakfast served at mafasca restaurant was good and the staff was very kind

at night was entirely based on keeping families with kids happy to the exclusion of anyone else which meant that

there was a supermarket, laundry and beauty salon on site

nothing at all! perhaps a bit of light music around the pool or a water aerobics class .

we could also easily drive to this place from somewhere else but in our case we could skip the parking lot

the rooms were big and pool area was lovely, great views and comfy sun-loungers and cabanas
