big parking, good location (10 minutes walk to ocean)

the host also let us a very appreciated basket with products in the kitchen

a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and lovely living/sleeping quarters

had to use the oven to warm the kitchen when eating breakfast

so huge, on the second floor 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus sofa downstairs, huge space in the kitchen, living

conveniently located (within a 5 minute drive of excellent restaurants), beautiful ocean view, pool and jacuzzi

the large pool is unheated but has a deep end so a few joyful cannonballs were great

the location with a view of the sea and the island opposite, as well as the large pool, are truly exceptional

we especially enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi

helpful: she found us a car, she did pick up us from and drop off to the airport, let us use her laundry for

fatima and jorge are so nice with us, they also allowed us to make a laundry

with garden was great and wonderful: very comfortable, clean and with all you need ( private parking, the kitchen

there are beautiful gardens, lovely view of pico mountain and the ocean, and the cutest dog to pet when you

laundry services extremely expensive

wifi was not working in the room ,and the receptionist did not know how to help us

breakfast was average at best, hotel bar was uninviting, some staff were unfriendly, bed was not comfortable

parking is available in hotel (from the port side) and we always had a place to park

hotel bar and restaurant was very disappointing, the menu was underwhelming for a 4 star hotel

great for family with kids with such good swimming and spa facilities

no bar , no restaurant, breakfast poor

our room was fantastic - contemporary, with huge windows leading to a balcony adjacent the pool and gardens

cafe great during day but closes at 8pm, an evening bar would have been good.

the property has a nice area to lounge in around the very clean pool

there is nice back garden with a pool and sun chairs, unfortunately did not bring our swimsuits

no ironing facilities however laundry offered but this is no good if you are ironing clothing 10 mins before

we mainly chose the hotel for the spa (tempo), but it did not meet expectations: the jacuzzi beds were not

we loved the breakfast and the views. also great to have a parking space.

free electric bikes to enjoy, and the spa and pool were outstanding

lighting in the room was poor , hair dryer not working, room service menu limit

we did not have any negative experiences with the breakfast.
