o change at front desk for laundry

great pool

the wifi did not work in my room so i left early

pool was closed didn t find out until after i paid. satellite and wifi was out my entire stay.

sausage on the breakfast bar was terrible.

another guest stole a couple items of clothing from the laundry facilities

having laundry facilities available was extremely helpful during my stay

a little steep on the non-refundable pet fee of $75

kitchenette, generous size bathroom

reserved king size bed got queen size bed wifi patchy would not stay connected on system

even laundry facilities

they were all friendly and they did our laundry when we fell asleep, they were all friendly and

the pool was too cold. our grandkids wanted to play in the pool but couldn't stand it.

(oh, and there s a great steak house across the parking lot

the pool the room was very warm

pool has so many chemicals it takes your breath away

under remodel and no indoor pool available. which is why we picked that place.

on the plus side, the kids enjoyed the pool and it was quiet there

ice machine and laundry facilities were both out of order during our stay.

ice machine was out of commission for the entire four days of our stay and the laundry room was out of order

breakfast was cereal and yogurt. coffee could have been warmer. no complaints on the room.

they had free parking and complimentary breakfast

would prefer hot breakfast, but what they had was perfectly fine!

awful stench in a non smoking room hair in the sink mold on the ceiling

no internet poor continental breakfast location -- finding it limited towels

we had a small cat they put us in a smoking room

room was tidy and there was plenty of free parking

everything was great. tv awesome breakfast as well beyond our expectations:)

the breakfast was one of the best offered by a hotel. i enjoyed the oatmeal very much.

was disappointed that the pool was closed but we can blame covid for that

very good breakfast. warm and never ran out of food. liked the variety.

4 of us,and 2 towels in room,at the time there were hardly any guests,and we had to go to the laundry room with

everything except parking

the parking lot didn't get plowed for easier departure

it looked as though housekeeping missed some areas of the carpet when they vacuumed

stained linen and also put us in room 108 next to laundry

no towels or coins for the laundry services on site

the breakfast had good variety and i loved that it had a laundry room

i had to say anything negative, it would be that you could smell the chlorine from the pool on the first floor

excellent location. quiet pet friendly with lots of green space. close to restaurants

my daughter was ready to go to the pool but i wasn t yet

we were near the main laundry area and it was a little loud first thing in the morning.

wifi was shotty for the first night, but was fixed the second night

breakfast was minimal.

having a chik filet right across the parking lot was a major plus although they did give you a bag breakfast

the pool was closed and the breakfast bar ran out of sausage by 8 am.

bathroom floor, air didnt work, smelled like stale tobacco, no light in laundry room, fridge was warm and smelled

room been upgraded since our last stay. nice! they welcome pet

theres room for improvement on parking space. i have no further complaints

wanted a quiet room, but was placed near the hotel s laundry room. noisy during the night.

location was great. hallway was spacious. ample parking. had a guest laundry room.

i could not keep wifi on my phone but my family member had good wifi connection

hotel was amazing from front desk to restraunt and bar area. beds were comfortable and spacious.

the inside pool was freezing cold. it was difficult for even my children to enjoy.

walls a bit thin and room was across from the laundry facility in the hotel so we got all the morning gossip

the grounds were beautiful, the facility was very clean, and there was an outdoor pet area

bed too soft, $50 non refundable charge for pet

the pool was nice and clean, the fitness room was also clean and taken care of with new equipment

the towels in the pool area could have been a little bigger if i had to pick something.

lack of optimum parking.

lack of towels in room remotes didn't work in rooms toilet had to flush several times only one bar of soap

the only thing is, they need more parking.

sadly they weren't able to have breakfast like normal, but i have heard it is amazing
