friendly staff lots of free parking

the hotel is very pet friendly we even had a smaller dining room where we could have breakfast and evening

parking was great

lovely family run business, bar area was welcoming, rooms were very clean and modern and breakfast was very good

always read when booking as it says pet friendly but charges occur

loved the seating area near the bar to relax with a drink, breakfast excellent quality

loved the quirkiness of the buildings the staff reception- bar staff - waitress/waiter were all exceptional

the style of the property, the bar area, the restaurant and the room, were all superb

laundry in hallway as my room was near house keeping but it is a listed building and large and

lovely room very comfortable bed , breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly

noisy laundry delivery early morning. sink taps difficult to operate. a little jaded generally.

the facilities are fabulous- a lovely heated pool (which is actually warm enough to swim in) and a hot tub

breakfast lovely, spa facilities were great, our room was beautiful.

the hotel also allows us to have a late check out to allow us time to use the facilities and have our afternoon

we got parked but i could see that parking might be an issue (we parked in the underground parking) the main

no evening meals on problems in the kitchen but was offered a booking down the road at a different pub

advised that the kitchen would be closed for evening meal

would like to order from the bar menu and eat in restaurant but it's not a big thing

corridor was full of bags of laundry and the bar was full of dirty glasses which were there from lunchtime and

there were two laundry room doors left open on our floor for the two days we were there

i think room service should have access to the room and could have left them on the bed

one thing tables in bar were too low to eat comfortably

do not be put off by it being pet friendly, the hotel was so quiet and it was full of dogs and their

room whilst having horrific wallpaper was immaculate with a very comfortable bed

the guy on reception/bar on arrival couldn t have been more helpful offering to get our bags even though

i paid 10 extra for early access to room only to find bags of dirty laundry stacked outside bedroom door so

rather tired decor throughout, carpets worn, rubbish and laundry left out in the corridors

no room service (cleaning laundry etc) and no restaurant in the evening shower cubicles a little on the small

wifi i lost the signal on the top floor.

arrived 2 or 3 hours earlier the check in time and i was still able to have the parking permit on arrival

one detail as an example: we measured the wifi at 450/170 - that is the fastest we have ever seen at any hotel

a fabulous stay at the weston hotel, staff brilliant and so relaxing in the bar area, breakfast fast and delicious
