rooms were adequate building was nice we were able to use the laundry shower was good

the staff in the laundry room kept approaching me as i walked past asking if i was lost

there were two laundry room doors left open on our floor for the two days we were there

corridor was full of bags of laundry and the bar was full of dirty glasses which were there from lunchtime and

we had no room service on the last day

was a last minute booking to save time for a golf

no hotwater in rooms . food of poor standard no room service and plastic found in bar food

i paid 10 extra for early access to room only to find bags of dirty laundry stacked outside bedroom door so

rather tired decor throughout, carpets worn, rubbish and laundry left out in the corridors

we arrived there were bags of rubbish and dirty laundry in the hallways

would not stay in room 123 again as it backs onto the laundry room at the back which was very noisy when they

no laundry service either

room whilst having horrific wallpaper was immaculate with a very comfortable bed

very pet friendly which is very important and will make us want to return

dirty threadbare carpets and laundry baskets on the corridors with used sheets spilling out of them, this was

area outside room had laundry trolleys blocking the way

laundry bags, henry the hoover and an empty coffee cup outside of our room for the entire stay

also were next to at the laundry which had a loud rumble noise that could have been a tumble drier

didn t like bins and laundry trolleys out front of hotel, not a nice greeting

friendly staff, very nice location the spa and gym is great to de stress, we ve had a great

celebrations and when we arrived there was even a bottle of prosecco in a ice bucket with rose petals on the

good wifi - i would

that kids couldn't use the pool anytime

by that time the pool was already full with people and kids

no room service (cleaning laundry etc) and no restaurant in the evening shower cubicles a little on the small

and during the stay they responded to all my questions before arriving promptly and advised me on parking and

on street parking

the bar area was comfortable and pleasant to sit and enjoy a drink before and after dinner

wifi connection in 1 of our 2 rooms was poor

as we stayed on valentine day the heart petals and sweets on the bed were a nice

there was also a constant horrible smell in the corridor outside our room from the laundry room

lovely room very comfortable bed , breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly

very friendly & helpful load of parking spaces close to steam train station

and luxuriously renovated victorian large room with high ceiling double glazed sash windows and wifi that just

soon rectified by staff, presumably a laundry issue but no explanation or apology - poor response

14 had the smell of the breakfast kitchen below permeating through the ceiling- fried grease in the morning is

no wi-fi in the room although the hotel advertises free wifi throughout the hotel
