for parking as when we returned from being out i had to park my car in the cafe car park as there was

too small car parking.

adults only was a bonus

room, no 115, was right next to the laundry room

not the hotels fault that the kids were noisy but the structure of the hotel made the door banging echo and

amazing - shout out to the guy on reception who helped us out no end and was really kind to the kids

staff, all very cheerful, and had a lovely chat with reception and the cleaners ,the lady at breakfast was lovely

when we arrived on the sunday it was hard to get a car parking space

had to iron my clothes in the laundry room and mattress was thin.

it was nice to be able to do our laundry at the facility

managed also to get our laundry done as this is always a traveling issue for us

only thing was the tiles in the bathroom became very slippery when wet - not so great for wee kids, but that

bar , wifi , close to york centre, can't say anymore than loved it and would definitely go back

separate rooms for adults and kids, close to town centre

returned with 1 tshirt still dirty, 2 tshirts shrunk, we were told to contact the independent laundry ourself

the staff were so helpful, contacted the external laundry team and managed to locate them for me which i am so

asking about laundry turnaround time, i was told to just check the form in my room

was very comfortable, great little treat for the kids amongst us, and restaurant was v good.

a room which had all the dirty laundry stacked directly outside our window

first room was noisy as close to laundry room but moved to another quieter room with no problem the second room

is a lovely pet-friendly pub set in a picturesque village with a lot of history

we absolutely loved the hotel it has everything that you could want with free broadband very nice bar area and

hotel is stylish (but not ott), comfortable and very homely; the breakfasts were excellent; the bar was

accommodating and pet friendly

was no pen included with the information book so had no way of filling in the feed back form or laundry / in

just inside the main entrance a large bag of used laundry had been left and stayed there until the last day of

pity there is no swimming pool.

there was a 3 hour time frame, no swimming pool and i just thought there could be so much more avaliable
