found out after visiting the 5th floor, there was a self-serve laundry service that i wasn't aware of

supposed to have laundry facilities and they were nonexistent

on this trip i stayed in a condo and an upscale hostel, both offered free secure wifi/high speed internet

delay in communication regarding the shuttle bus, however we figured it out and then it was fine
