was allot of laundry on the landing and it looked like they need a specific room for it

there was laundry on the stair case when we arrived but not the end of the world!

there's also an honesty bar if you fancy a drink before you head out to a restaurant on the doorstep in the

dirty dishes and laundry left in the hall for at least 15 hours during my stay

this was not indicated on booking details despite search stating we needed pet friendly

a 2 night stay at the sitwell arms, enjoyed the gym and the food was spot on

shaving kit / laundry bag when we aked we were told that there was a charge for one (the shaving kit) and the

the room was large and spacious and wifi was pretty good

pool is quite small and you have to book a time slot for safety reasons (so they can control

how clean everything was, rooms, pool and gym were fantastic

others ,food at the restaurant was not upto mark, service was slow, there was a mess up with our laundry

in the early morning by noise from outside due to a laundry delivery within the hotel premises below my

said a/c worked well certainly nights and didnt a few others , was a bit of a mess up with our laundry where

we didnt require breakfast. the location was fantastic just across the road from the cityhall.

didn't think it looked very nice having dirty laundry bags outside the rooms at this time being as check in

finally, the housekeeping team would leave dirty laundry, glasses and crockery piled in the corridor from the

friendly staff , very good room , excellent breakfast .

stayed before in the same room however this one was abit smaller next to a laundry room and there were things

on the ground floor and looking out of the window all we got to see was the depot full of dirty laundry

clean laundry (bedding/towels) outside in cages open to the elements and wildlife on a rainy night

unless you drive it isn t the easiest to get around room- view from the room was dirty laundry, the bed side

pool with sauna was great, beds were big and comfy

was told their was room service but there were no menus in the room, there was a place for them in the mini
