loved the location, the spacious rooms, the lakefront, and the pool

the kitchenette is a great plus when traveling with a family

setting and location ability to rent a boat pool

we stayed three days and no room service

loved the loft with the two twin beds for the kids with the 1/2 bath

disappointed that you stopped having mini golf

the vending machines only carried chips and laundry detergent

the vending machine was empty except for hershey bars, cheetos and laundry soap

laundry facilities needed change

the housekeeping and laundry doors in the passages were open, housekeeping trolleys left unattended in the

parking onsite was a bit cramped but still manageable

the breakfast choices could have been changed from day to day.

wifi was intermittent

the electric fireplace was nice and the heat was great after swimming

since i went in the winter it was nice to have a fireplace as well

walking distance to downtown - spacious rooms with lake view - indoor pool area was very clean - parking for

allowed us early check in and late check out which was amazing

the hotel had a fridge, microwave, and a little kitchenette and toweling and a few utensils and plates

was in walking distance the staff went above and beyond at one point i couldn't purchase laundry detergent from

as we were on a road trip, the laundry facilities were much appreciated in the suite

upstairs the volume did not work at all disappointing also the laundry dryer made so much noise while dryer

secured our reservation 6 weeks in advance and were placed at the end of the hotel by the laundry department

fully equipped kitchen and great location.

the capacity is 15 people so you can imagine it feels full with 5 kids playing in there

pool is very small if you plan on using it

we were not able to have breakfast or use the pool or other things to to covid 19 so i cannot comment on any

staff, nice building overall, rooms are a good size and come with fireplaces and patios

water park, beautiful suites, good food offerings, fun trolly rides, petting zoo and horse riding

no gym at this location, the waterpark could have opened a bit earlier.

it exceeded my expectations in terms of decoration, christmas activities for kids, live music at the bar on

the lounge bar service team has knowledgeable, friendly staff with a number of tasty cocktail choices, as well

the pool is very nice w/a lovely outdoor bar

the main building stank (smelled like mold and unclean bathroom) and there was someone else s room service

couldn t sleep because our room was om the second floor above the laundry room in the machine make very loud

near the cleaning ladys cart and grab a big armful of discussing dirty towels to take to the laundry room

breakfast room was very well organized and the food was cooked to prefection, the room was

kids running in halls at 11pm ..no supervision??
