staff were very nice the bar and the restaurant were very cozy lovely place to have a drink or something to eat will go

i was told that as an ihg member we could have late checkout of 2pm

spacious room, complementary late check out , jake at reception was very helpful

there were two 7kw ev charging points both working (bp charging but worked with a charge my hyundai card) being able (-)the ev charger in the car park was very time consuming to use and would put me off going back (-)have been better if they had more than two ev charge-points

experience, due solely to the staff being outstanding in their service to me, and not just the kids

also wanting to book a family room for our 2 children who love swimming but were told kids can only swim 8am til 10am which is such a shame as they would have loved the hotel and pool

all staff were very friendly late check out option was good as we didn t feel rushed the next

got charged extra for a late check out when i asked as i was on crutches and the hotel wasn t accessible enough

they let us have a late check out because we were travelling straight to a wedding

rooms to a high standard and breakfast serving one of the best we've had

we ate lunch ,dinner and breakfast while here and the food was absolutely amazing

very clean, excellent breakfast choice, friendly staff, lovely area.
