great stay celebrating my birthday with my family. enjoyed pool and spa facilities.

and building are absolutely stunning, the pool area is gorgeous, especially the garden, the bar staff were great, friendly and chatty both nights we went down for a drink

great location, very comfortable, great views and lovely spa. really good breakfast.

i was told that as an ihg member we could have late checkout of 2pm

staff really helpful and allowed us a late check out at no extra charge

got charged extra for a late check out when i asked as i was on crutches and the hotel wasn t accessible enough

all staff were very friendly late check out option was good as we didn t feel rushed the next

really liked the option for a late check out, being able to stay as late as 6pm the next day

the check in is at the end of the bar and worked smoothly, although i had called about an early check in and nobody answered or responded to my voicemail which was a little disappointing
