this was our 4th stay and still great, our son’s favourite hotel with the toy corner and the pool

accommodated our early check in request and was friendly and efficient

they accommodated an early check in and late check out, plus provided access to the property because they knew we attending an event,

the recently added outside bar and and seating area is great especially when the sun is shining

the bar and restaurant was also high standard, nice decor and amazing food - can't fault it

think hotel guests should pay extra for the pool facilities, this did stop us using them and also paying extra for poached eggs at breakfast

we used that on the first night and the waitress was really friendly, the bar and restaurant was really clean

bed was a little firm for me but that's just personal preference and i found the bar price

we ordered room service and it was fabulous

the toilets in the bar were a bit dirty

the staff were super friendly when you rang reception on the phone for late check out, or if you requested room service

was very comfortable and having a late check out allowed us to not have to rush down for breakfast as we had breakfast in our room

service took my car to be cleaned and it was returned also and late check out loved

late check out option is great especial for us as we had been on a works wine tasting event and
