i needed a late check out and they complied

there is also a large laundry room

the room had a funny smell and the wifi was non existent

didn't like that they do not have wifi in working condition

was polite but the person that caused the delays let the guests from that days checkout stay for late check out and made several of us wait hours to get our

wifi barely worked and while the gym is great in general, the rowing machine battery was dead and

only feedback would be to get laundry facilities that take your debit card or have an atm and change machine available

modern and clean hotel and room comfy bed had coffeemaker in room and minifridge heated indoor pool very close to longwood

pool could’ve been a little warmer but i am really nitpicking.

it was very nice having the hot chocolate bar and the cookies in the lobby

i had originally asked for a late check out, but because of not feeling comfortable and clean, we checked out a little after 11

my kids did not want to get in there and that was the point of booking here

that's why i rated the value lower, because there was no access to pool, gym, breakfast (extremely limited)

common sense tells you not to put a large group of kids on a floor above other people

pool was open late so my kids could enjoy every minute there

the walls are thin and we hear the neighbors kids during the night and the following morning.

the pool hours should be longer open earlier and stay later
