and we arrived back at the hotel after the pool had closed and the staff

overall it was pretty good i just never asked if they had a pool

modern and clean hotel and room comfy bed had coffeemaker in room and minifridge heated indoor pool very close to longwood

was polite but the person that caused the delays let the guests from that days checkout stay for late check out and made several of us wait hours to get our

breakfast has a very good variety and the best cinnamon rolls

staff members were friendly and helpful. breakfast was delicious.location is ideal.

the gym is well equipped and this visit i could get the tv to work for the channels i really like while

also check out is 11am but room service came to our room at 9:30 to see if we checked out

made to order breakfast. very quiet and comfortable room. elegant grounds.

when i called the front desk later because we could not hook up to wifi , the woman was very helpful even though we were never connected to wifi

the room had a funny smell and the wifi was non existent

booking communicated with the hotel that i wanted a late check out and when i arrived it was confirmed

great room if you have kids in a sofa bed

everything was great the pool was cold but my grandson and son jump in anyway lol

the pool room was nice and warm in the middle of winter so kids didn't have any issues swimming

we needed a late check out and the front desk was very accommodating but ended up not needing as late as

fitted gym with one of each life fitness treadmill, eliptical and bike

also the pool was very nice perfect temperature and clean

breakfast wasn't managed well. many items ran out quick.
