hotel was able to accommodate an early check in of 1pm on my reservation

they were able to accommodate my early check in without hesitation

i like the easy access to gym

hot breakfast, no gym access, never seen housekeeping until i left

all staff was friendly and i was given a late check out when i explained my late flight issue

no comp breakfast

the only thing missing was a swimming pool but the gym had all the necessary equipments

maybe except the shuttle information

could switch up the breakfast sometimes also and the manager was rude and they lie about not having rooms available and

only issue i had was the night before i asked for a late check out the customer service rep at the front desk told me the latest he can give me was 12

i just pushed it all down myself and he did apologize then and offered my kids a complementary bag of chips for when they got to the airport

the shuttle service to and from the airport was not timely

the laundry facility was convenient and affordable

very clean. nice indoor pool. good breakfast. clean fitness center.

sone folks complaining about airport shuttle but since they have a 11 seater van , just one they need to make the drop from and pick up

the wyndham garden had an free shuttle pick up that made transportation to and from the airport so smooth

ruby tuesdays next door for food/drinks and you can buy bottles of wine there too- a plus hot breakfast and make your own belgian waffles all free- staff rocked

valentine would not extend to me a late check out and was not professional about it or accommodating in any type of way

vacuuming at 8 am or 9 woke me up,why have late check out 12 when you woke up by vacuuming up against your door in hallways

didn t eat breakfast, we had a late check out all the staff were very friendly and polite

there was no continental breakfast, i would like that next time please.

liked the cleanliness, friendly workers, and breakfast, the loved the fact that i could pay for a late check out

property includes an arcade, pool, basketball court, a gym, and a laundry room

we enjoyed that the bar and restaurant, with live music, was across the parking lot

the gym is a welcome amenity, quite spacious and the cable tv works
