used the laundry facilities but the dryer wasn t working properly and took over 5 times to dry clothes and

the wifi was less than simple to hook up to and after 4 adults were unable to connect, we gave up

the stay very clean had restaurants late check out indoor pool i just loved everything about this hotel would definitely book

the gym and pool were some of the best i've come across outside of a resort. i'll be back!

plastic silverware and by the way we wish the customer service at the front desk and valet to the pool and spa matched

breakfast both days was great but not hot.

was clean and full of amenities, full bar, awesome gym on 2 sides, pool, sauna, all suites room, near great restaurants and stores

my kids loved the snack bar and free cookies

requested late check out for 1 hour which helped

the beds were amazing and the late check out is a huge plus!

when i booked i requested a possible late check out, so i asked if it was possible but he was very rude about it

i wish there was a pool but everything is great

gym is dirty and too basic

she allowed me to stay on and have a late check out when i over slept

the pool was nice, the rooms were great, the staff was helpful!

pool and hot tub were a hit for both the adults and kids

the bathroom was a bit bigger and that there was room service for dining

parking is great and allowed us late check out

the ladies bathroom in the pool area had over flowed and wasn't welcoming.

i liked the pool area and the cleanisness of the hotel.
