breakfast was fantastic

breakfast both days was great but not hot.

the beds were amazing and the late check out is a huge plus!

when i booked i requested a possible late check out, so i asked if it was possible but he was very rude about it

requested late check out for 1 hour which helped

i would have liked a swimming pool

no hot tub, late breakfast

she allowed me to stay on and have a late check out when i over slept

some staff can be more polite, the weight room can be bigger and a indoor pool is needed

we chose the property initially because it’s dog friendly with reasonable pet fee, but stayed again because the location is great (starbucks less than half mile away) and

close to everything for our kids

although i did miss the hot breakfast due to the covid

big bed and late check out of 12pm

said no food can be brought back to room, the wifi didnt work, a smoke alarm kept beeping for low battery, the lobby was closed for construction,

when we came back from dinner out, we had to ask for our leftovers to be stored in the hotel kitchen fridge due to our fridge not being cold

they were fixing the parking lot but for the most part, parking was fine.

the stay very clean had restaurants late check out indoor pool i just loved everything about this hotel would definitely book

the spa was so relaxing, the pool was such a nice scenery.

the pool is always warm and the kids enjoy swimming in it

pool is beautiful and we liked having the exercise facility

had spoke to someone at the front desk about a late check out and had confirmed the time

late check out till 4pm was also a plus

made us feel at home and were so awesome about the late check out

spa services were wonderful

limited access to room service for breakfast requiring 24-hour notification.

with me for my cash deposit because i lost my debit card and on my last day they approved my late check out of 12 noon

the pool place

the pool was nice, the rooms were great, the staff was helpful!

pool and hot tub were a hit for both the adults and kids

the bathroom was a bit bigger and that there was room service for dining

they accommodated my request for a late check out 2:00 pm, even

the ladies bathroom in the pool area had over flowed and wasn't welcoming.

helpful also bc they spoke spanish as well and that helped with my parents, we used the gym and laundry room which was very nice and the staff helped us locate them, the breakfast was good as

was really good, but we couldnt have breakfast in the hotel due to covid19, even the gym was close for the same reason

hotel itself is very nice, has a nice bar and the comfort of our room was excellent

the upstairs bar was very nice and the lobby living room was lovely

has changed what breakfast use to be, i understand, we went out for breakfast i appreciated late check out when my meeting was pushed

breakfast was mostly just cereal not really what we expected and the pool was very small and freezing

lady in the night offered me a late check out bc i missed my flight

their complimentary airport shuttle which starts very early in the morning was also very helpful

the free airport shuttle was a selling point

kids ram up and down the hallway till late at night and early in the morning

plenty of options and for kids too
