i had asked for a late check out in order to take a shower before i left

i only had my 8-yo with me but could have been a problem getting up to 3rd floor with younger kids and more bags

bathtub and kitchenette made for a relaxing evening after a day of touring around with my mom and kids

stayed in one of the suits with a full kitchen

the kitchen was amazingly well equipped, modern, spotlessly clean and there was a lounge area as well

allowed late check out with zero hassle, no late fee, kept housekeeping from knocking or rolling noisy

rooms were bigger than i thought and the kitchen had everything i needed and more

i was pleased with the morning snacks and everything was in working order at the pool/hot tub

no breakfast, and coffee bar in the lobby needed improvement

i had booked a room with two double beds and a kitchen and when we arrived we were given a king bed with a kitchen

staff were nice, let us have late check out on new year s day

daughter and i where there to run the half marathon and wanted a late check out and they where able to do this

we made use of the guest washers and dryers which was so handy $2 per use, laundry detergent available at the check in desk

breakfast in the morning was excellent each day

swimming pool was excellent for the kids. location enabled us to walk to most attractions

we were able to check in 3 hours early and have a late check out, which made our travel plans move with ease

and unstable bed that would move too easily, no water provided in room, tried to refuse 30 minute late check out for doctors appointment which was asked several times beforehand

they allowed an early check in, staff all very friendly and the room was perfect.

the did up a scavenger hunt for the kids and had a whole story
