they gave me a late check out that made my life exponentially easier

bed, linens, pillows comfy and an old metal tub that kept my bath water hot :) the breakfast room attendant was wonderful: friendly and attentive

the bar and grill was great we especially enjoyed being able to get a meal at 9

bar size fridge (empty) for your use, and a microwave

grab bar in tub was in a hopeless position!

we had arranged for a late check out and had the maid and front desk person knock on our door to ask us when we were

muffin paper at the back of a seat , coffee stirrers under the bed and a wrapper of a granola bar under the

breakfast should be included as there is a restaurant in the lobby

the guy then gave me keycard and explained about restaurant hour, parking and pool things paras did not bother to mention

door to parking garage was not locked, a significant security risk

gentleman and one lady at the front desk were helpful and even agreed to give us a late check out

our room fronted a gas bar and the noise from cars and people as late as 1 am would wake me up.

did not like that the front desk could not make change via credit/debit card for laundry coins so i had to use their atm which cost $4

on the bay, nice restaurant with a view, fully equipped gym, new rooms, quiet, parking below and close to all shopping and restaurants

an extra safety bar in the front of the shower would have been more reassuring.

i wanted a mountain view but got part of the golf course and partial view of the

room was wonderful with lots of room and lovely view over golf course

it has an amazing view out over the valley and golf course. the room was beautiful too.

the amatista spa (amatista signature treatment—i highly recommend) is for her to get a break from busy life

again, tonight, he hung up on me when i called to ask for late check out after using a rude tone with me

the shark tank sports bar is very noisy but the manager gave us a private room twice so we were able to hear ourselves

i was pleased with the morning snacks and everything was in working order at the pool/hot tub

staff were very kind, and allowed me to stay for a very late check out with an extra charge

room was dirty the halls were a mess and the laundry facilities was in the dark basement very

staff lying to my face saying their laundry facilities broke the day before

i had asked for a late check out in order to take a shower before i left

very hard to open the window. beds are high, watch out for kids so that they don't fall down

helms inn has a visitors laundry so if you are travelling for any length of time as we were, this is a wonderful added extra

bathtub and kitchenette made for a relaxing evening after a day of touring around with my mom and kids
